Policy Regarding Slavery and Human Trafficking by Foreign Suppliers

Baker Commodities, Inc. is dedicated to conducting business in a lawful and ethical manner; it is our expectation that our affiliates and suppliers also conduct themselves in such a manner. Please be advised that we comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries in which we are doing business. While we have few, if any, foreign direct suppliers, we will require any foreign direct supplier to certify that they comply with such laws as well. Specifically, we will add such requirement to our foreign purchasing agreements or purchase order terms and conditions requiring them to certify that they are in compliance with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.
